In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "cw999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the cw999 platform and all related services accessible at cw999.asia.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by cw999.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with cw999.
• "Platform" means the cw999 website, all associated game engines, sports betting interfaces, and any other digital service operated under the cw999 brand.
• "Real Money Balance" means Pakistani Rupee (PKR) funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by cw999 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real money or bonus money staked on a game, event, or market offered by the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal privileges are activated on an Account.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as updated from time to time.

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, the cw999 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of participation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting cw999 support.

To register and maintain an Account with cw999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age for participation on cw999 and is non-negotiable.
• You are registering in your own name and for your personal use only. You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from cw999 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting services are explicitly prohibited by law to such a degree that accessing this Platform would constitute a criminal offence.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or as a result of coercion.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

cw999 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate Accounts detected across the same individual, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts. Bonuses and any pending withdrawals associated with duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials. cw999 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a unique password not shared with any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account security settings.
• Do not access your Account from public computers or unsecured Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out fully after each session, particularly on shared or mobile devices.

cw999 will not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from your failure to maintain Account security. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact cw999 support immediately via live chat.

Account balances displayed in PKR represent the current Real Money Balance available. Bonus Balances are displayed separately and cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first satisfy applicable wagering requirements.

cw999 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. All payment methods are subject to availability and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. cw999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where the provider permits this. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times are:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: typically within 2–24 hours after approval.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast: typically 1–3 business days after approval.

cw999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including requesting source of funds documentation for large withdrawals. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in the Player's name, or cryptocurrency wallets are not permitted.

cw999 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions that apply to all cw999 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings are transferred to the Real Money Balance.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount plus any associated deposit amount, as specified per offer.
• Only one active bonus per Account at any time, unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotional terms. Expired Bonus Balances are forfeited.
• cw999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

cw999 employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Activities including hedging bets, exploiting promotional mechanics, or any pattern of play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.

All casino games available on the Platform are supplied by third-party licensed game studios. Each game operates under its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which is determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. cw999 does not influence game outcomes.

For sports betting, including cricket, PSL, and other markets:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation.
• cw999 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where technical errors, data feed failures, or obvious pricing errors have occurred.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and are final once confirmed by the Platform.
• Winnings on sports bets are calculated on the stake multiplied by the confirmed odds at the time of bet placement.
• Maximum payout limits per event apply and are published in the sports betting rules section.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the Platform's records constitute the primary source of truth. Players may raise disputes through the support team within 72 hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this window may not be reviewable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cw999 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any verification process.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks after receiving casino services.
• Any conduct that could reasonably be interpreted as an attempt to defraud cw999 or other Players.

All content on the cw999 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of cw999 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content without written permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any software component of the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on cw999 content or branding.
• Using the cw999 brand or logo in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cw999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, power outages, or other circumstances beyond cw999's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from the Player's failure to maintain Account security.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

In all cases where cw999 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of cw999 to any Player shall not exceed the value of that Player's Real Money Balance at the time the liability arises. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by cw999.

cw999 is committed to responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their activity. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that are enforced in real time at the payment step.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications at 30, 60, and 90-minute intervals during active sessions.
• Cool-off Periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activated immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent self-exclusion that cannot be reversed once activated. Self-excluded players may not re-register.
• Reality Checks: Visible session duration and net play balance displayed during active sessions.

cw999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Identified underage gambling.
• Chargebacks initiated against cw999 transactions.
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for 24 months may be moved to dormant status).
• At cw999's sole discretion, for any reason that the platform determines to be in the best interests of platform integrity or other Players.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than Player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure, cw999 will return the verified Real Money Balance after deducting any amounts owed, subject to completion of applicable verification checks. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

cw999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cw999 will notify Players via the registered email address and display a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure.

The version of these Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cw999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory body.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are required to contact cw999 support and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for the support team to investigate and respond to the complaint. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without further escalation.

Players in Pakistan acknowledge that local courts may have limited jurisdiction over disputes with internationally licensed operators and that the resolution process described above constitutes the primary dispute resolution mechanism available under these Terms.
